Yes, you will need to complete an off market Standard Transfer form ensuring all security holders sign where indicated.

If the buyer or beneficiary is an existing investor in Centro Direct Property Fund (DPF) or the Direct Property Fund International (DPFI) and they wish to register the same name, address and distribution payment method to what is on their existing holding, their existing SRN should be quoted on the form.
How do I amalgamate my multiple holdings?
If both investments are in the Direct Property Fund or Direct Property Fund International and the names, addresses and banking instructions are identical, the duplicate holdings can be amalgamated. Simply complete a Merge Multiple Holdings Form and return to Investor Services.

Alternatively, write to us quoting your SRNs and requesting that we amalgamate the holdings. Please nominate the SRN you wish to retain.
The names, addresses and banking instructions of the two holdings must be identical before we can amalgamate your holdings.
