The following document is an electronic reproduction of the PDS. Due to legal restrictions, access to this PDS is only available to residents of Australia. The distribution of the PDS in jurisdictions outside of Australia may be restricted by law and persons in such jurisdictions who come into possession of the PDS should seek advice on and observe any such restrictions. The electronic copy is in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) and is approximately 2 MB in size. You should ensure that any copy you view or print is complete. The Manager is not liable for any loss incurred from accessing or relying on the PDS including but not limited to data corruption on download. The Manager reserves the right to refuse to issue Units in the Fund to any applicant if they believe that: the applicant did not receive the electronic PDS in Australia; or the applicant did not have access to the electronic PDS at the same time and by the same means as the applicant had access to the relevant Application Form.
