The Centro Direct Property Fund International (DPFI) is an unlisted property trust investing primarily in Centro international property funds.
The DPFI offers a very well diversified portfolio with exposure to over 490 shopping centres located in the United States.
Launched in September 2005, the DPFI is designed to provide attractive tax advantaged returns through international direct property exposure.
