Centro Retail Trust (CER) currently has an interest in 452 quality shopping centres across Australia, New Zealand and the United States valued at approximately $9.6 billion. The portfolio consists of the following;

  • 50%-100% interest in 31 high quality regional and sub-regional shopping centres in Australia;
  • 100% interest in 2 quality New Zealand shopping centres
  • Interests of between 5.24% and 48.5% in 109 US shopping centres through investments in Centro MCS 38, Centro MCS 39 and Centro MCS 40 retail property syndicates, and;
  • 50-100% interests in 310 predominantly convenience based centres in the US.
