The Board of Centro MCS Manager Limited, the manager of the syndicates, operate under a set of well-established corporate governance policies which comply with the principles and requirements of the Corporations Act (Act) and Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). The Board reviews and, as necessary, updates their corporate governance policies to ensure they accord with best practice, based on Australian and overseas developments, and believe they satisfy the majority of the recommendations of the ASX Corporate Governance Council.
